The best Xiao Long Bao dumplings!  I also recommend the Pork and Crab dumplings. Also long wait time.

Thick pieces of steak-like pastrami in big sandwiches.   Get #44 pastrami sandwich with sauerkraut.  It’s a $14.50 sandwich, but well worth it.

Super long lines…  You can order shrimp, crawfish, crab, etc. by the pound.  Get it with the whole Sha-Bang sauce! It will come out in a bag and you happily eat with your hands.

Savoy Kitchen (Singaporean)

Hainan Chicken Rice $6.75 FTW!  Cash only, you can also order to go if it’s packed.

Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles (Southern)
4 stars, ~1000 reviews, $$
Famous place for, you guessed it, Chicken and Waffles!  An LA Legend that is over-hyped, but you can at least say you’ve been here.
